Spencer Hughes travels to Buckeye State for Fourth of July doubleheader at Atomic and Muskingum
Spencer Hughes unloaded the No. 19M JCM Motorsports machine and checked into Atomic Speedway (Chillicothe, Ohio) on Friday among 26 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competitors for the first of two nights in the Buckeye State.
Grabbing the final transfer spot in his heat race, Hughes started 10th and finished 15th in the weekend opener. On Saturday, Spencer once again nabbed the final A-Main transfer and recorded a 15th-place outing at Muskingum County Speedway (Dresden, Ohio).
Hughes is 12th in the overall point standings.
