Ninth-place showing with HTF Series at Whynot Motorsports Park
With over 40 Super Late Models headed for the Mississippi oval, Spencer Hughes joined the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Miss.) on Friday afternoon for the House of Hook Showdown.
Grabbing the final transfer spot in his heat race, Hughes started 14th in the $8,000-to-win feature and raced to a Top-10 outing in ninth.
Saturday's $12,000-to-win finale was called off due to an unfavorable forecast.
