Herrington eighth in Deep Fried 75 at Duck River with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series
On Saturday afternoon, Wil Herrington returned to Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series competition with the JCM Motorsports crew at Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tenn.) for the Deep Fried 75.
In a stout field of 39 Late Models, Herrington ran third in his heat race which placed him on the fifth-row for the 75-lap main event. With a $20,000 paycheck on the line, Wil ran inside the Top-10 and recorded an eighth-place outing.
Herrington is currently leading the series points standings.
The JCM Motorsports team plans to return to action August 18th and 19th at East Alabama Motor Speedway.
