Top-10 finish in Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series opener at All-Tech
Wil Herrington began his 2023 Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series championship chase on Friday afternoon at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) for the rain-shortened Southbound Throwdown.
Starting eighth in his heat race, Herrington charged forward five positions to finish in a transfer spot and earn a sixth-row starting position in the $20,000 main event. In the 50-lap A-Main, Wil slipped back mid-race but propelled his way back up to 10th-place finish.
