Fourth-place finish with Southern Nationals at Tri-County
Wil was in action during this past weekend at the Senoia Raceway in Senoia, GA on Thursday night for the track’s Southern Nationals event and was able to come home with a top five finish, racing to fifth at the checkered after starting sixth in the feature. (Rick Neff photo)
Friday’s event at the East Alabama Motor Speedway was rained out, so the team made the trip to the Screven Motorsports Complex in Sylvania, Ga on Saturday night and after qualifying 20th, he finished 4th in his heat race and then worked his way forward from his 12th starting spot to come home with a solid 2nd place finish for his efforts.
Swainsboro’s event on Sunday was rained out.
